Startup having many various tasks/wearing many hats; Good (international) team; good idea

Challenges of (only)online work; Difficulties with some development processess.

We're still a small startup so basically, everyone is involved in pretty much everything. This is challenging at times, but also give you the opportunity to learn and wear several hats in this cross-functioning atmosphere. This isn't something you find in a corporate environment. It's an international tech startup, so you get to share your opinions with great inquisitive minds from all over the world.

The team is scattered all over the world and the work is done predominantly virtually. This gives you great flexibility in setting your own working time, but it also causes some issues in team relations, often due miscommunication.
