Pros

The TA is young, so you can create interesting content

Cons

1. The organisation is built on a lick-arse structure, so if you don't do the needful, you'll not progress. 2. My boss Dattani was extremely insecure - once (obvious) changes / mistakes were pointed out, I was marked out for special harassment. 3. You'll be overworked, period. 4. They spy on you - they make you sign a legal doc that was created before #WFH began, which has statements like they can monitor your PC etc., which in theory means the systems in the physical office, but can be stretched to include your system at home - as soon as I quit, my network speed picked up noticably. 5. When you're new and you don't fall in line as they'd expect, the people who've been there for a while gang up on you and make things super difficult - delaying info, material and approval. 6. There's an 'old boy's club' vibe to the place. 7. Seem to have a lot of churn - in my 3 months, at least 3 people left.

Pros

Great place if remote work is all you're looking for. Not much else to expect, but hey.. you'll probably make some great friends.

Cons

You will not be paid on time... neither your salary nor your bonus. Even after resigning, forget about Full & Final settlement; it drags endlessly or never comes. No relieving letter, no proper closure. The CEO has zero regard for employees, people are treated like disposable props, not human beings. Loyalty, hard work, or performance doesn’t matter here, you will be undervalued, ignored, and ultimately left in the lurch. No matter how respectfully or professionally you exit, you will be chasing what’s rightfully yours. Think twice before giving your time and energy to a company that gives nothing back.
