without any hesitation i can say that the company do not have any pros other than 5 days working only
Cons
Sometime you also work on saturday sunday and there is no time limit to work there they force you to work at least 9 hr a day without any gap and at the time of joining they say that they have 8 hr a day work policy but how can you work 9hr consistently it takes almost 12 hr if you work with reasonable pace
