Pros
I found nothing positive about the organisation. They will hire you with a lot of encouragement but you will soon feel surplus to requirements. I started the job with immense enthusiasm and aspiration, but they poured cold water on it later.
Cons
For about a month, the manager/chief editor will help you write content. Then suddenly you will discover that there are none to support or guide you accustom with the system. It's a work from home job and in most of the cases the employees need to scour the internet (online videos or audios) for the topics to write about. You need to transcribe the statements with thick British/Scottish/Irish accents on your own, the chief editor will remain idle or will rebuke you for not properly transcribing a speech if you fail to understand the accents. And on the course of time you will feel ostracised and one day you will be fired without any prior notice.
