Leaders at all levels are approachable and genuinely care about employee success, which creates a positive and supportive culture. The company has a strong long-term vision and stability, which gives me confidence in its future. My coworkers are collaborative, talented, and great to work with. Overall, it’s a great place to grow your career.

      There really aren’t any significant downsides. Like any workplace, there can be occasional challenges, but they are minor compared to the many positives of working here.

      Pros

      Overall it’s been a great place to work! The team is helpful and people are willing to jump onto Teams to help you if you’re stuck on something. You get to work on a lot of different issues, so it’s a good environment if you want to build troubleshooting skills and learn new things. Management communicates very well and makes sure we have what we need to do the job. The coworkers are great and make the workday a lot easier.

      Cons

      Like most tech support jobs, it can get pretty busy depending on ticket volume. Some days are a lot heavier than others, especially during peak times. It would help to have a little more coverage during those periods.
