Pros
Inseego is a growing company, which means there’s plenty to do, significant technological innovation and process improvements, and gives you some reassurance that your job is secure. Also, QA is valued by the organization - our input is encouraged, and there are plenty of opportunities for learning and development. This includes both learning automated testing as well as attending webinars on industry best practices. Culturally, everyone does good work and is easy to work with. I’m happy to be here!
Cons
Really, the only con is the performance-based raise system. This limits the ability of our wages to keep up with inflation.
