Cons
Upper management will layoff the staff who do the actual work to save their own jobs when the company fails at selling their product. The NVTL stock is a joke. There was year where management didn't have enough stock to distribute for the stock purchase plan where all of us could have made profit on it for once. No compensation or explanation was ever given. Performance reviews are a waste of time as pay raises are calculated based on company performance, not your own. This lowers any motivation to perform. If you work hard, stay late hours with no real results, you will get a pat on the back for trying. If you work smart, leave on time and get the job done, you will look lazy because you didn't stay longer.
