      There are really no pros of working here I guess the only pro would be there are a few nice people

      Cons

      Unprofessional management, especially engineering. Low tech - systems and processes are laughable No room for growth Equipment is from the 70s just like the management techniques Only reason anyone should work here is If they are absolutely desperate for a job
