Get to work with living legends like Tim Berners-Lee and Bruce Schneier on a completely new approach to data management. It's a novel technology, a fun and flexible work environment, leadership is down to earth, and generally I feel like things are trending in the right direction.
Cons
The foundations of the company are a bit academic, so there is definitely historical tech debt and thinking that can make getting things done day to day challenging.
