      Pros

      I joined as a fresher and this was a great learning experience. The work offered an opportunity for great hands on experience and you get to independently work on projects as analytics lead. Knowledgeable leadership, they guide you throughout the project.

      Cons

      Slightly longer work hours but I didn’t mind as I enjoyed the work
