Investing in the latest technology and training Staff events were always bang on, no expense spared Willingness to invest in the staff they had

There was a slight upstairs downstairs divide and could be cliquey at times, however they were trying to bridge that and get everyone feeling inclusive. Shutting down their Manchester office and bringing everyone to their Warrington HO. Good for the above point but negative on people who lived on the other side of Manchester like myself.
