      Great coworkers, great vacation amount, good pay.

      Cons

      The promotion structure is very 'who you know' or 'who you're related to', but it isn't THAT bad. Pretty standard family company stuff, and if you work hard you can beat out this favoritism anyways.

      They have a good package, such as pay is good and food offered in the cafeteria at times.

      Cons

      It’s a cult. If you aren’t one of them you’re out. It’s not about preforming or your abilities. It’s about who likes you.
