Thank you for your feedback on Inpro. We take all feedback seriously and review it at the highest levels for continuous improvement. However, we need to correct the inaccuracies in the recent critique of Inpro Corporation.
• Customer Service Issues: Customer satisfaction is our top priority at Inpro. It was claimed that customer service issues are prevalent. However, we have consistently solicited feedback from our customers to understand their experiences with us. Our efforts have been validated by the positive feedback we receive and the continuous growth in our Net Promoter Score, which reached an impressive 83 in 2024. This high score is a testament to our commitment to customer satisfaction, as is our on-time delivery rate of 97.09% in 2024. With our continuous improvement mindset, we are working to drive this number to 100%.
• Treating Employees Differently: The assertion that we treat board members, family employees, and CEOs differently from hired staff and contractual employees is unfounded. Inpro is committed to fair and equal treatment for all employees regardless of their position or relation to the company.
• Top Place to Work: The claim that Inpro is no longer a top place to work and that this recognition is merely a paid promotion is inaccurate. We are proud to have achieved Top Places to Work in SE Wisconsin for the past 15 years and in the USA for the past 4 years. We do not pay to participate in these awards.
• Work/Life Balance: It was suggested that work/life balance is lacking at Inpro. However, our employee survey results indicate that almost 90% of employees feel they have the necessary flexibility to balance their work and personal life effectively, highlighting our commitment to fostering a supportive and flexible environment that promotes overall well-being and productivity.
• Discriminatory Practices: The allegation of a culture of discriminatory practices is particularly troubling and untrue. Our employees are at the core of everything we do. We prioritize their well-being because we understand that when all employees feel valued, challenged, and engaged, it results in a better working environment. We conduct annual employee surveys, regular check-ins with managers, and have a CEO council where all departments are represented and can communicate directly with the CEO to discuss improvement opportunities. Our latest survey shows that over 80% of employees would highly recommend working at Inpro to others and nearly 90% of employees believe Inpro operates by strong values.
• One Directional Loyalty: The idea that Inpro's loyalty is one directional, solely to the top, is a mischaracterization. We are dedicated to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for all employees.
At Inpro, our employees and our customers are at the forefront of our priorities, and we continually strive to improve our services and workplace environment. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify these points and remain committed to our values of integrity, fairness, and excellence.
