Pros

The crew get things done, and kept the wheels turning . The pay was solid, and the flexibility gave people room to breathe

Cons

Recognition is notably absent. Positive contributions go unacknowledged, while mistakes were quickly flagged. The environment leaned toward compliance (Bootlicking) over collaboration, which may discourage authentic contribution and long-term growth.

Pros

Immediate social and medical insurance. Flexible work hours. Salaries are not bad compared to the Egyptian market, but low compared to other countries, which is why Egypt is an important subsidiary for them.

Cons

Tech leads are assigned to specific projects, while leaving other areas not observed at all, which will make your efforts go unnoticed, and the whole process will feel unprofessional. You might also encounter some forms of racism, apparent and subtle ones. And some project managers shout at people, try to cut them off many times during meetings, and even make fun of their accent... to own them. You might get invited to a cute meeting to agree together on the company's values, although it is rarely followed. In summary, when the objective is only money, people become less important. And while the work hours are flexible, they squeeze people as much as they can to get more billable time from them, while not caring about the quality of their work.
