      Pros

      Good stock appreciation. Good benefits including ESPP. Growing business. Nice office and working place. Lots or perks: drinks, free lunches.

      Cons

      Not an enjoyable place to work. The management is based on pressure and stress. The manager is pushing all the time. Extreme micro management. Manager requests reporting in real time. Not efficient vision of future. Long boring meetings that sometimes last more than 2 hours.

      Pros

      Inphi was the best company that I worked with over the years. Great team, great products, and spectacular execution under a fantastic CEO.

      Cons

      I really have no negative comments, except we sold to Marvell, and the ride was over.
