Pros
Inpay is moving fast from a start-up mentality to the fastest growing company in Denmark and is doing that brilliantly. What I see is a genuine desire to learn and a lot of humbleness at all levels. Also, I am observing that company values are embodied into the every day work life and promoted by personal example.
Cons
Of course there are many things that are moving and transforming and I see that Inpay is committed to transformation and attracting the right talent to drive the transformation.
