      Everything is good. one of the best company i ever seen. work culture is very good. there is no bad about INOX. i have been working here since 2014. lot of scope to learn and adopt new challenges.

      Pros

      Flexible work timings. Very competitive pay. Some projects are good and provide you with a great learning curve

      Cons

      No proper communication with the manager in some projects, sometimes you just have to sit wait for the work to come.
