      Pros

      - Decent pay for office staff [Floor people (production) not so much so] - Some benefits but not great (Medical Insurance and vacation/personal time, primarily - other benefits cost extra and they have a non-matching 401k plan) - Some good people here Side Notes: - Company is now located in Lehigh Acres, FL and not Naples, FL. - Drive Medical acquired company in late 2012. Structure of company has changed immensely.

      Cons

      - Non-matching 401k plan with limited investment options. - Understaffed and overworked.

      Pros

      Great parties. Plenty of alcohol. Will probably get them sued 1 day when a drunk employee kills someone on the way home.

      Cons

      If you are not Hispanic- don't bother applying. Operations and HR managers won't hire you. If you are hired by corporate, they will harass you until you quit.
