      Pros

      Great diverse and international culture. Nice people, quite human. If feel I can be genuine at work and be who I can which feels good. I learn a bunch too. It really is a work environment comparing with other hubs internationally like Dublin, Amsterdam etc

      Cons

      So far I find my work-life balance there. If you're not autonomous it will be hard to perform and you need to cope with some ambiguity as processes and structure are currently being improved upon. No childcare provided by the company

      Pros

      Work life balance is really good, and PTO days are allotted immediately from the start of employment without needing to accrue the PTO

      Cons

      Professional Services team's headcount should be increased, but they are amazing to work with and very easy to speak to about client projects
