Work life balance is really good, and PTO days are allotted immediately from the start of employment without needing to accrue the PTO

Professional Services team's headcount should be increased, but they are amazing to work with and very easy to speak to about client projects

All in all, Inova is a really interesting place to work. Smart colleagues, working with pharma clients in an fast paced complex industry. The US based teams are very open and collaborative.

The French leadership team seems sophomoric, with short-sided non-collaborative decision making taking precedence. French roles are prioritized over US based roles. For anyone based in the US, I would be wary of taking a role at Inova.
