      Salary was good. Free healthcare.

      Cons

      No 401k, Offices are terrible, total lack of communication and leadership. Leadership seemed more concerned about environmental impact then what's happening within the company.

      Pros

      Work life balance is really good, and PTO days are allotted immediately from the start of employment without needing to accrue the PTO

      Cons

      Professional Services team's headcount should be increased, but they are amazing to work with and very easy to speak to about client projects
