Pros
This company is growing fast and provides okay benefits and a lot of paid vacation. No experience is required for most of the positions. The job was easy, and you were always home by 6:30 at the very latest. Paul Gains is brilliant.
Cons
There was little to no room for advancement. The job was tedious and no praise was ever given for a job well done. The company is growing fast but doesn't quite know how to handle the growth. Office politics was ridiculous, with heavy favoritism. An employee was fire under false accusations after attempting to bring a concern about management to HR.
