      Pros

      Great people to work with. Middle Management/Supervisors are fantastic. Great PTO.

      Cons

      The pay is under par, this results in a very high turnover. The restructuring of management in 2016 created a much more corporate and lot less employee focused company. A few years ago I would've recommended this company to anyone, not so much anymore. If you are management it's fantastic, if you aren't management - watch your back.

      -Culture -Benefits -Industry- What we do is really interesting and cool! -Work/Life Balance -PTO and Holidays

      Cons

      -Smaller company so still has some things to work out in the areas of communication as well as growth and development opportunities, but has improved so much over the past few years!
