- None experienced whatsoever - Being a really small organization, you can directly interact with the company top management.

- Interview process was delayed due to interview panels lateness leading to it becoming an all night process - Handed out offer letters as early as February and kept people in the loop about an online training that they would conduct before joining - Online training which was to be conducted from June never materialized despite the company head assuring that it was in the works as late as September - Sometime in October they informed us that the company had changed directions and were now looking for new profiles, like content writers, and graphic designers as starkly opposed to the initial profile of patent researcher - trainee - Finally after months of misguided notions, they informed all the trainee's that they had put a freeze on hiring for the year.

Didn't get the chance to notice the pros!

They doomed the career of around 35 people whom they hired from campus and also provided offer letter. After almost 8 months the told that they are unable to find relevant positions for them in their company!
