      - Great work environment (flexible hours, remote/hybrid work) - Great staff, all around very talented people that are open to share knowledge and that are easy to live with - Great projects, many opportunities to change projects to suit interests - The company cares about delivering quality work

      - Little management, better suited for people who are very independent - Small team, but increasing at a steady rate
