Self-centered behavior - Sr. Manager, Operations Innovsource Employee Review

Higher management/ HR is not clear about the hiring roles , they do not have the clarity about the role offered to the sr. candidates , when they are approaching to the candidates , they are offering "X" role & once the candidate joins the organization , the candidates comes to know that he need to perform the " Y" role , which is not a fair practice , it seems they are playing with the careers of candidates. When you approach them they do not have even courtesy to even call back.
