If you want to feel like a slave, you can join this company. Specially if you're reporting to CEO or president, every department is just working for them, not for company. HR are only puppets, nothing is good for employees. You are expected to do only what you’re told, with zero autonomy, and your entire 24 hours are treated as company time. After 9 hours also they expect you to be available, send you late night mails and expect to get a reply within few mins. There is no concept of work-life balance, no time for family or personal life. You will be handling 100 tasks and they will still be shouting upon you in front of everyone because it's never enough, calling names like joker, chpadganju, etc is common. They would literally spoil all your holidays, weekends, leaves even if you are in hospital, You will frequently be called to the office on non-working days for unnecessary meetings that could easily be done online. if you can't go to office on a non working day they will say things like your're not capable for this job and this career. Variable pay is just another trap, They will give you a target, at the end of the month they will change the metric and tell you to work on something else and we never achieve our anyway unachievable targets. Even basic things like taking a coffee break are controlled. Apart from that, the company provides nothing. The cafeteria is in terrible condition—full of rats and insects, more like a dump than a place to eat. There isn’t even proper cutlery, and employees are expected to use the same old plates for years. Basic facilities like tissue paper, fork, or hygienic coffee is not available, not even disposable paper cups. You’re not even allowed to have coffee on your desk. Meanwhile, leadership behaves very differently during meetings, they eat and drink freely without any regard for employees who have been sitting for hours without even being offered water. Promises made to employees are rarely kept. Travel expectations are unreasonable, with extremely low budgets that force employees to spend their own money on food and essentials. There are also serious issues with policy enforcement. While there is supposedly a rule that women should not be in the office on non-working days, they are still expected to come in and even stay past 8 PM. Saying no can lead to being bad-mouthed or pushed out. Overall, a highly controlling and exhausting workplace that shows no respect for employees’ time, well-being, or basic dignity. I still have more things to say, but I hope this is enough to convince you not to join this firm.
