Good salary but won't last long. They hire from good companies and pay well but full stop.

Big list. But if anything that is stopping Innoviti to grow is arogance and one lady. Else Innoviti would have gone beyond PineLabs. They have not realised that people are real asset and if you hire them for certain skill, let them use it. Dont use language that any professional wont tolerate. Salary and job cut is common for no reason. average tenure of employee is 3-6 months other than few old timers who are good for nothing. They wont tell you while hiring that if you dont come by 9:30, half day salary will be cut. They will give you eSop as carrot, but it's worth nothing. CEO thinks he is CTO, CPO, CDO, CIO, CBO, CMO and ofcourse none has any other skill. This is the reason company didnt grow.
