No Pros telling this from my 8 months of experience in that company

One by one I will go Rules be it for WFH or leaving early all are just for selected employees pathetic culture toxic employees toxic management my manger was such a person cant write in words you put the best ideas you over time and no appreciation and then an old employee who always gets sick at the time of event surprisingly never get sick when event has to go live ofc because one can chill so overall I would rate working at Innovist my worst decision very toxic culture
