Pros
My experience with Innovisk has been deeply disappointing. The company suffers from a highly toxic environment where both employees and managers are constantly gossiping about each other, creating a very unprofessional atmosphere. Managers lack basic communication skills and fail to treat their team members with respect. The night shift is especially difficult — there is no proper support, just constant criticism without any effort to understand or resolve the actual issues. New joiners are put under immense pressure with no proper guidance or empathy.
Cons
One of the managers, especially, is always aggressive and unapproachable, making the work environment even more stressful. The overall management is poor, disorganized, and unsupportive.
