- Great company that invests in people. - Good place to start your career as a graduate. Lots of opportunities to learn and grow. - Management listens to your ideas. - Courses available for both technical and soft skills. The company has also a leadership program. - Nice open-plan offices - Flat organisation.
Cons
- Office location a bit out of centre. Not many things to do around. Going for a beer after work was not very common.

A competitive salary. Paid commute to office and clients. Great friendly and approachable colleagues. Paid ITSM courses and exams. Small company.
Cons
Commuting 3/hrs daily to Slough office, when London office is closer. London office at times full, so unable to get a desk to work. Only 2 other graduates, rarely saw them, we were all on different projects. Dull and repetitive nature of work, which is understandable. Micro-management, not reflective of culture. The restrictions did not create an environment to perform well and deliver value.
