      Small company so really get exposure to senior management Massive opportunities to gain some really great experience and exposure to the industry

      Growing pains of a small company! Can feel quite dislocated if working remotely

      Pros

      - Great company that invests in people. - Good place to start your career as a graduate. Lots of opportunities to learn and grow. - Management listens to your ideas. - Courses available for both technical and soft skills. The company has also a leadership program. - Nice open-plan offices - Flat organisation.

      Cons

      - Office location a bit out of centre. Not many things to do around. Going for a beer after work was not very common.
