      Pros

      Small company size resulted in most of management knowing me on a first name basis. Management genuinely seemed to care, even if they did not know how to properly or adequately respond to situations. Employer funded life insurance. Never missed payroll.

      Cons

      Health benefit and 401k packages are laughable. General lack of attention to detail. Some management seemed overworked as the company appears to be going through growing pains. No clear pathways for advancement or development within the company. Frequent turnover.

      Poor management. 401k contribution. performance evaluations process. Don't ask about salary increase. No advancement.
