We are very proud of our inclusive company culture, and our management team makes a continuous effort to engage all employees, regardless of when they joined. It's crucial to understand that challenges and setbacks are a part of every employee and business journey. We encourage our team members to maintain a strong work ethic and adapt to overcoming obstacles, as it is this “hustle” mentality that often drives success.
We also understand that a “hustle culture” is not for everyone, which is why we try to be as transparent as possible throughout our interview and onboarding process about what it takes to be successful here. As we hire young professionals out of college, there will be some people who learn that it is not the kind of environment that is a fit for them.
