Pros

The team members that you work with are amazing humans and you will make lasting friendships in the pit. The new office is nice and within walking distance of many different activities and restaurants.

Cons

Culture is not present at all. If you are not one of the original employees hired you are just a place filler to boost the social media appearance that Innovien is an amazing company. It's very unfortunate because you are sold on the job during your interview - within three months you start to see all the management and structural issues come to life. There are so many issues under the surface that rear their ugly head yet management turns a blind eye because they can never do any wrong. There is absolutely no accountability for the owners of the company.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective on our company's culture and management. While we value all feedback, it is important to note that individual experiences can vary greatly. That being said, we will address the concerns you raised. We are very proud of our inclusive company culture, and our management team makes a continuous effort to engage all employees, regardless of when they joined. We understand that some individuals may perceive things differently, but we remain confident in the positive and supportive work environment we've created. The contrary feedback we’ve received about our leadership team voted anonymously by internal employees can be found here. https://www.comparably.com/companies/innovien-solutions It's crucial to understand that challenges and setbacks are a part of every employee and business journey. We encourage our team members to maintain a strong work ethic and adapt to overcoming obstacles, as it is this “hustle” mentality that often drives success. We also understand that a “hustle culture” is not for everyone, which is why we try to be as transparent as possible throughout our interview and onboarding process about what it takes to be successful here. As we hire young professionals out of college, there will be some people who learn that it is not the kind of environment that is a fit for them. We really do appreciate your feedback and ideas and wish you the best in your next role.

Pros

I had an exceptional experience with Innovien Solutions. From day one, their level of attention and care was unparalleled. My recruiter, Adam Williams, consistently went above and beyond by regularly scheduling calls and checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly. He was always proactive in offering assistance whenever I needed it. Additionally, Mollie Ferguson, National Delivery Executive with Innovien Solutions, played an important advocacy role that supported my successful transition to a full-time position with RTX. Her efforts, even during times when the company wasn’t actively hiring, made a meaningful difference and helped me feel valued. Overall, Innovien Solutions stands out for their genuine care for employees and their commitment to professional growth. Highly recommend!

Cons

My only negative experience was waiting years for the contract to become a conversion with the client. However, that was no fault on Innovien and more so with the client and budgetary constraints.

Pros

There are no pros - If I could give 0 stars I would

Cons

They are a scam and target young adults (typically fresh out of college) to either groom or use you. Your best off if they end up using you for whatever scam they have going on with quickly hiring and firing people, because If they are able to groom you and turn you into an "account manager" you will have to learn to be manipulated and manipulate others as well as lead by fear. Every incentive is dangled like a carrot in-front and moved when you hit it, so they don't have to pay everyone their bonuses. When I was supposed to be paid out for my bonus (it was for hitting 5K then they switched it to 10K when I hit the 5K). They had a "sales development program", so young adults would want to work there after college that they ended up cutting, forcing everyone to be underpaid recruiters. Management will make it seem like the incentives are great if you work hard enough, not that the incentives are even that great in the first place. No matter "how are you work or tough" you are, if they don't see you as someone they can groom, then they will not keep you around. I promise you are worth more than what this job can offer you and despite what this company puts out into the world, there are other amazing companies and people that will treat and pay you the way you deserve, so don't feel like this company is your only option!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience at Innovien left you with this impression. While we know our environment of high performance isn’t for everyone, we take all feedback seriously and are always working to ensure that our people feel supported and have a clear path to accomplish their professional goals. Concerns like moving incentive goals or misrepresenting compensation are not consistent with the values we hold or feedback we hear from our current and former employees. That said, we welcome honest dialogue and would be open to understanding more if you’d like to share further detail. We remain committed to being transparent during our interview, onboarding, and development processes so expectations are clear and aligned. We also encourage prospective employees to connect with our current team to get a direct perspective on our culture, performance standards, and opportunities for growth. We wish you all the best in your career moving forward.
