      Great culture, but very US-centric business - Sales Director Innovid Employee Review

      Pros

      The people were lovely, and the pay above average. They were very generous in the commission scheme, and offered a wide range of non-financial KPIs which was a pleasant surprise.

      Cons

      The major con is their CTV offering wasn't as mature in EMEA, which made it very difficult to sell. The days of successfully changing ad servers across blue-chip clients may also be behind us. However, after the acquisition of TVSquared it seems the product offering has advanced significantly and is likely headed in the right direction again.
