Pros
It is a great way to get your foot in the door. If you have a decent contract, there is potential to roll into permanent positions.
Cons
You can get stuck in a contract position-- meaning that real companies will not hire you. They look at you like you are sub-human & a joke-- even though you are doing the exact same thing as their reps!
