      Pros

      Happy work environment, always doing something physical with hardware Flexible with college

      Cons

      Always standing up, kills your back after a few hours Skin becomes very dry because of the dust in older computers that come in but that is expected when working with some old equipment

      -Very flexible with work/life balance -Management is easy to talk to if an issue arises -Owner of company is great, very down to earth, and visits on a consistent basis. Also knows every single employees name. -Company takes care of its employees

      Overtime is not always offered, but to me personally, it’s not that big of an issue
