      Pros

      kind of good office (but don't think you can find a parking spot), not bad hardware

      Cons

      project got closed, no bench was proposed, not a single notification were made at least several days before. also company "forgot" to pay salary for the last month and compensation for vacation day . managers said they can do anything, HR did not even answer.

      Innovecs is a really amazing company with great perks, good career opportunities, friendly people around, and excellent corporate culture. I love it!

      Pros

      Work from home and the base salary was where I wanted it. Flexible work hours. Decent PTO

      Cons

      No health insurance for US employees - They reimburse you. No sales processes No CRM, or at least one that you can do your job with Communication is horrendous There's no leadership in the Company CEO clueless about sales
