      Beneath the leadership level there is a certain family element of everyone banded together complaining about the leadership level.

      Cons

      Clueless "CEO" seemingly trying to not grow the company. Very exclusive team members, many racist. "There's no such thing as work - life balance, only life and work" was a real thing the CEO said to the whole company. That's when the leaving started again.
