I've worked for Innovative Sight & Sound for right at 5 years now and have worked my way up from technician to store/sales manager. We've also gone from a single store to a 3 location operation and continue to grow.
The work is fun and rewarding and with the constant changes in technology you get to learn something new everyday.
All learning is hands on and you are able to progress at your own pace so the more you push yourself and the more you learn the quicker you can move up.

Cons
The hours can be long but you are always compensated for any overtime.
