      -Wonderful colleagues (75% of 20 licensed staff left in Summer of 2023) -Really amazing kids/families/clients -Great mission statement which providers embodied

      Cons

      -Underqualified leadership -Staff are routinely "disciplined", terminated, or terminated for giving notice -Culture is punitive and retaliatory -Poor diversity and equity practices, very poor treatment of disability accommodations -Leadership doesn't know how to develop practitioners -Unprofessional environment

      Pros

      Wonderful working environment. They are flexible, supportive and put family and safety first when working here. I can honestly say I have never worked at more supportive place than there. Competitive wage and great befits.
