Learning: you learn a little bit about everything about insurance. People: really smart folks who really care about getting the work done.
Cons
Stress: you learn so much because they keep the staff level very lean, not much redundancy. Training: on the job learning, but no coaching, plus it’s not safe to make mistakes.
