This company is not worth your time or health - Anonymous Employee Innovative Refrigeration Systems Employee Review

All the reviews that talk about "Growing so fast", "people need to work", "work hard isn't for everyone", please read their title... Realistically, the company culture is not the best in my opinion. They also state that their standards are high but when pointed out claim that it isn't a problem and that its only you that is complaining. The benefits are also not stellar.
