Pros
Company culture allows you to excel in the workspace. No micromanagement. Really moving ahead to solidify its desire to be the go-to service provider of choice. Difficult decisions IRT to growth being met head on and tackled.
Cons
All SBs have normal growth issues but at IR, this is actually a positive. I feel the management is actively trying to keep ahead of the growth and implementing all the processes and procedures that go along with it.
