Pros
Everyone at IR is a close knit team. Great pay and benefits! Management has an open door policy and are easy to talk to. Everyone is treated with respect.They were former military and worked in the industry before starting the company so they understand the employees' work and environment better. They also sponsor community and charity events throughout the year. Easy going atmosphere and corporate culture.
Cons
Government contracts are 3-4 years on top of defense budget cuts impacting contractors. Management tries to get everyone on a new contract if this occurs so there is long-term employment opportunity but not guaranteed.
