Pros

When I initially started I looked at sales and communication as a great opportunity to build my resume. I graduated with a business management degree so I wanted to add as much as possible to my portfolio. I had originally told managemnt that I didn’t plan to be here for long and surprisingly they were okay with it as long as I added value in return. The first couple months were definitely tough but with the added responsibility I kept getting made me challenge myself like I never had before. My time here went form temporary to now longterm and hoping to continue growing my career and life foundation.

Cons

Some of the trainers when I first started were not as welcoming and were very sales oriented. Coming from the restaurant industry I wasn’t a stranger to jealous coworkers.

Pros

This was my first real job out of college and the growth I achieved is invaluable! Not only was I able to get hand on experience in marketing and sales but I also got to gain experience in recruiting, training and leadership! I went to school for Political Science so I was having a hard time getting employed, this was a perfect entry level role that gave me a ton hands on training and mentorship! I decided to go back to school to pursue my law degree which is why I decided to step away but extremely grateful for everything I learned.

Cons

You receive a lot of feedback so if you're not coachable or open it can be taken negatively. I saw a lot of people not be able to take feedback and apply information which was evident with defensive or egotistical employees,
