      Working with novel pharmaceutical agents in conjunction with a major pharmaceutical client, and having to create solutions to problems without much support.

      Cons

      Toxic management that permeates into every aspect of the job. Manager was a narcissistic sociopath.

      Fantastic director, very professional, fair, and refined.

      Cons

      Your duties are actually performed for a large corporate pharmaceutical entity and your actual "employer" (IPS) gets second-hand information about you. I was fortunate enough however to also have two wonderful ladies as a supervisor and company manager.
