This is the same con as any other company providing these kinds of services -frequent cancellations from clients. Not much management can do about that.

-Above average hourly rates and benefits for Senior Instructors. I met a lot of the Junior Instructors that had less than stable hours and compensation. This company is most likely not the best for those coming in as a Junior. -Lots of hours for Seniors as you are typically the only Instructor for each case.

-Lots of driving. Some days, I'd going from Oakland-Dublin-Hayward. Other days I'd be going from Alameda-Hayward-Berkeley. -Clients are located all up and down the East Bay and San Francisco/Peninsula. -You will occasionally have huge 3-4 hour gaps in between sessions that are non-paid. -Must work Saturdays. -No ongoing training.
