      Pros

      - Working with special needs children, especially Autism Spectrum Disorder is meaningful and fulfilling - Fellow instructors and program managers will work with you to the best of their ability and knowledge - Pay rate is reasonable (not including cost of gas for driving)

      Cons

      - Lack of communication! - Lack of education and passion with upper management - Extra efforts are not smiled upon - There will be an excessive amount of driving (subsidized to the very minimum) - Material and supplies are dated - Limited hands-on training - Office lacks humor, very dry

      Pros

      Great pay, awesome case managers and management. Extremely supportive and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are happy.

      Cons

      This is the same con as any other company providing these kinds of services -frequent cancellations from clients. Not much management can do about that.

      Pros

      Wendy is great, it's very flexible, there are folks who stay for many years (including me)

      Cons

      The nature of the work means cancellations, some times there's turn over with instructors
