3 day work week, work 36 get paid for 40 for 2nd shift and weekend shift. Overtime available. Floor manager was a machinist who moved up in the company, Brian has been a great guy to work with and the company itself, as a whole, has been good to me.

I have zero issues with this company and I've been here almost a year now.

Under new management, Innovative Machining has undergone positive changes. They are transparent, approachable, and genuinely care about employee well-being.
